We realise that sometimes products can have gremlins and other times a product is ordered which isn’t the exact right product. If you’re not 100% happy with your product then just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help out however possible. Submit your return request here.
All of our products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Even big brands occasionally have faulty products and its something that can unfortunately not be avoided. If you find yourself with a product that’s not working as it should then please call us and we’ll try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone to fix it. If this doesn’t work then we’ll send our couriers (at our cost) to collect the item from you and once we receive it please allow two weeks for us to find a solution. This can be prolonged if we need to send it to the supplier but we’ll be in constant contact with you to keep you updated. If this product can be fixed then we’ll get it working perfectly and send it back to you via courier but if the product cannot be fixed then we will send you a new product as a replacement provided the warranty is approved by the supplier.
In the case that you order something which you discover to be a mistake then we’re happy to take it back from you but will kindly ask for you to cover the courier cost of the collection (for cities this is R100 but may be higher for outlying areas). In order for us to do this we need the items to be in perfect unused condition, with swing tags attached and in their original packaging. We cannot allow returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non resell-able condition.
